Alison Slevin leads SK 4Studio, directing the firm’s creative vision and overseeing its residential and commercial projects from concept through completion. Her approach balances a refined design sensibility with a deep understanding of the practical side of building, resulting in interiors that are thoughtful, layered, and distinctly personal to each client.

A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where she focused on real estate and design, Alison brings a multidisciplinary background in design, business, and project management to her work.

Alison joined Patricia Kukes Interiors more than a decade ago and has since played an integral role in shaping the firm’s work and evolution. Today, as Principal of SK Studio, she leads all aspects of the practice, from design and creative direction to construction oversight and project management, working closely with clients and project teams to carry a cohesive vision from the earliest concepts through final installation.

Alison lives in Boca Raton with her architect husband and their growing family.

Patricia Kukes founded Patricia Kukes Interiors more than four decades ago, building a residential and commercial portfolio throughout South Florida and beyond. A licensed interior designer and member of ASID, Patricia is known for her timeless approach to design and longstanding appreciation for art, architecture, and craftsmanship.

Today, Patricia remains an active member of SK Studio, supporting Alison and the studio’s project teams with her extensive design experience and perspective.
